When measuring your size you should be measuring with a bra on so that will give you a more accurate measurement(and lift while measuring).

For the band size you DO measure right below your arm. If the measurement is an uneven number than round up. (If it is 35 then the number would be 36)

For the cup size you measure at the fullest part of your bust(do not pull the measuring tape too tight).

Subtract the band size from the bust size. 

    * ½ – 1   A
    * 1 – 2    B
    * 2 – 3    C
    * 3 – 4    D
    * 4 – 5    E
    * 5 – 6   F

		<description>this is slightly embarassing but i have no other source so must ask you. im afraid my breasts seem to have not only grown but also become saggy so do i still measure the same way as instructed above? and just to clarify foe band size i measure at underarm level?? not ribs? i really do need your help so your advice would be much appreciated. thank you</description>
